Purpose Construction is a thriving social enterprise based in Winnipeg. Established in 2009, we focus on creating job opportunities in the construction sector while offering specialized training to those facing barriers to employment. With a strong commitment to the community, we have successfully employed over 406 individuals and completed projects worth over $17 million.
Our mission is to not only build affordable housing but also to transform lives through training and development. In Winnipeg, we rehabilitate and develop homes that are energy-efficient, accessible, and sustainable, ensuring everyone has a right to safe housing. We believe in the power of community, diversity, and collaboration in shaping a better tomorrow.
